Every customer is provided with a 256-bit SSL certificate that can be used to access their console over a secure HTTPS channel. This assures that all of a client’s management of their LiveBall service is encrypted end-to-end. Exports of respondent data can likewise be delivered via secure web form posts or secure FTP.
